2. Flight Ticket Refunds
- Refundable Tickets: If eligible, refunds will be processed as per the airline’s cancellation policy.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: No refunds will be issued unless allowed by the airline.
- Cancellations Due to Airline Issues (delays, rescheduling, or cancellations): Refunds or rescheduling will be handled as per the airline’s policy.
- No-show cases are non-refundable.
3. Hotel Booking Refunds
- Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the specific hotel.
- Some hotels allow free cancellations up to a certain period, while others charge a fee or are non-refundable.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur full charges.
4. Car Rental Refunds
- Refunds depend on the rental agency’s terms and the time of cancellation.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refunds.
- Any damages or violations of the rental agreement may lead to additional charges.
5. Visa Assistance & Travel Insurance Refunds
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of the outcome.
- Travel insurance fees are non-refundable after purchase, as policies are issued immediately.
6. Holiday Packages Refunds
- Refunds depend on the package cancellation policy, which varies based on destinations, seasons, and service providers.
- Partial refunds may be available if cancellation is made within the allowed time frame.
- If the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will assist in getting refunds where possible.
7. Processing Time for Refunds
- Refunds may take 7 to 30 business days, depending on the service provider’s policy and payment method.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
